The Gentlemen’s Fast was founded in 2023 to bring men closer to God. It was formed after completing the Daniel Fast for the first time in 2022 and following its structure. After experiencing God’s power through fasting, He placed it on my heart to find other men to fast with.

As men, we endure challenges that we often don’t talk about, allowing the pressures of life to weigh on us in different ways. Through The Gentlemen’s Fast, men have been able to fast, release their burdens, and allow God to fill them up and make them whole again.

He is the Potter, and we are the clay.

Through fasting, God reshapes us, making us more resilient and equipping us to walk in our purpose. Throughout my life, God has given me dreams and visions to follow, and I admit that at times, I hesitated—whether due to a lack of confidence or feeling unqualified without a title.

But God showed me in Matthew 23:8-12 that He has called us to be servants of His kingdom, not to be defined by a title. That revelation gave me the confidence to approach other men and invite them on this spiritual journey to experience the goodness of God.

The Gentlemen’s Fast is for men of all ages—whether churched or unchurched. Since its inception in 2023, it has grown from a planted seed into a movement, with countless men joining each year and experiencing God in ways they never have before.
